It’s summer prep week at Camp Pinnacle. Our counselors have started arriving, and many are taking a variety of clinics to improve their skills for the summer. We are running a water safety instructor course, lifeguarding course, mountain biking level 2 instructor course, and wilderness first aid course. Meanwhile, we are putting the finishing touches on the facility. While a great campus is merely the icing on the cake compared to the unforgettable experience our counselors facilitate, Camp Pinnacle is unique because of our unmatched natural setting and the way our program and facility intentionally interact to create the Pinnacle experience.
(We’d like to share how a local 12-year-old camper recently described camp: “Pinnacle is like being inside at giant video game, where the graphics are awesome! There’s something cool and exciting to try or do around every corner, but it’s better than a video game because it’s actually real and the people are real and really nice!”)

What’s not included in the video is a lot of our new purchases: A new AquaGlide slide for the lake, 12 new Specialized mountain bikes, new backpacks, and other new toys!
