The Pinnacle Way

The Power of Summer

At Camp Pinnacle, we believe summer should be more than a break; it’s a season of discovery. We intentionally create shared experiences that help campers explore the outdoors, build lasting friendships, and grow into their best selves. One summer of independence can spark confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Built with Purpose

Everything we do at Camp Pinnacle is intentional. It begins with a focus on kindness and belonging; families can feel the sense of community the moment they arrive. Because children learn best when they’re relaxed and having fun, we create an environment where growth happens naturally.

Our Five R’s

The Five R’s are the foundation of our philosophy at Camp Pinnacle. These five ideas guide how we live, learn, and treat one another, helping every camper grow into their best self.

Unplugged and Happy

We’re a tech-free camp, but more importantly, we’re a presence-filled one. Time away from screens gives campers space to build essential skills like collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and optimism. Without distractions, campers focus on what’s in front of them: their friends, their mentors, and the outdoors. Those moments of genuine connection are what families tell us matter most to their children today.

Hear from camper, Amelie

The Heart of Camp

Our counselor team is the heart and soul of camp. More than role models, they are mentors and friends. Many return year after year, and all new staff go through a careful hiring process and two to three weeks of immersive training.

We work as one team, all here for the same purpose: to care for campers exceptionally well. When a larger-than-life role model believes in a camper’s abilities, it builds confidence, belonging, and self-worth that last long after summer ends.
