After an exciting weekend packed with adventure, campers enjoyed a slower start to the day with another late wake-up. The morning bell rang at 8:30 a.m, giving everyone a little extra time to recharge before a fun-filled Sunday at camp.
At 9:15 a.m., campers headed to the Dining Hall for one of the favorite traditions of the summer – Pajama Breakfast! Everyone arrived in their cozy sleepwear and enjoyed a delicious spread featuring cheesy hash browns, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, mini blueberry muffins, and a variety of cereals. It was the perfect way to ease into the day while sharing laughs and stories from the weekend.
After breakfast, our campers changed out of their pajamas and headed off to a variety of relaxing and enjoyable morning activities, and our Wolfepack Year 2 leaders embarked on a meaningful journey to Big Hungry Falls, where they spent time reflecting on their values, goals, and aspirations as they crafted their personal mission statements.
For a Sunday morning at camp, campers could unwind with cartoons in the gym, cool off during morning swim, stretch and relax with lakeside yoga, or join Sunday Bike Club for a ride around camp. Others explored nature with Charlie on a nature walk, spent time reading and making friendship bracelets on the Dining Hall porch, or enjoyed tiny boat paddling on the lake.

Before lunch, everyone pitched in for a camp-wide cleanup to help prepare for the busy week ahead. Campers worked together to tidy cabins, gathering spaces, and activity areas, showing great teamwork and camp pride.
Lunch brought another tasty meal with sloppy joes, homemade coleslaw, crispy fries, fresh cantaloupe, and a colorful salad bar. Following lunch, the Wolfe Pack Year 1s and 2s departed for their exciting tubing trips down the French Broad River, while the rest of camp enjoyed some well-earned downtime. Campers relaxed in their cabins, caught up with friends, and unloaded yesterday’s laundry before gearing up for the afternoon.
At 2:15 p.m., campers gathered in the Shadium for another round of C-Days, one of camp’s most anticipated activity blocks. Today’s offerings were packed with fun and creativity! Campers could compete in flag football, bounce and splash during a blob contest, create colorful tie-dye masterpieces, decorate birdhouses, or learn some new moves during line dancing. The energy was high, and smiles could be found everywhere across camp.

After a refreshing fruit break, campers headed off to Gym and Swim, enjoying one final activity period before dinner.

Campers enjoyed a delicious Southern-style dinner featuring crispy fried chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, waffles, and fresh salad. The meal was topped off with a sweet serving of banana pudding, the perfect ending to a wonderful day at camp.
The younger cohorts of Squirrels, Chipmunks, Coyotes, and Honey Badgers, gathered for a lively game of Farkle, where luck, strategy, and plenty of laughter filled the evening. Meanwhile, the older cohorts took part in Cat Flags, bringing friendly competition, teamwork, and excitement to the field.

As the sun set on another wonderful day, campers returned to their cabins for bedtime routines and lights out. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, friendship, creativity, and adventure as everyone settled in for a good night’s sleep and looked forward to another fantastic week of Session 1!
